Shipping policy

We have a 2-4 business day processing time. 

Once your item has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a notification. 

You can find your tracking number by clicking on the order. Or we will email a tracking number to you.

Gypsy Soul Boutique is NOT responsible for the following:

1. Delays with the shipping company
2. Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. Once the package leaves our warehouse the shipper is responsible for your package. 
3. Products that are marked delivered. You must contact your the shipper to find out where your package is. 

WRONG address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify that they have provided the most up to date shipping address before checkout. We will do our absolute best to change it if you contact us before your package is marked as processed.
